Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• A drug screen will be conducted.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the building, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or issue access credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor building activity, cameras, communications systems, and access-control equipment, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support front-desk operations by answering phones, providing directions, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate incident and activity documentation.
