Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and residents following site procedures.
• Monitor front desk access, greet visitors, verify credentials, maintain visitor records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information, assist with front desk inquiries.
• Observe lobby activity, report unusual conditions, deter unauthorized access.
