Qualifications

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a luxury retail location.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor/delivery records.
• Monitor front desk activity; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies; support emergency response when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous presence to deter unauthorized access.
