Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Technology in Herndon, VA. Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to offices or areas.
• Monitor access points and security systems, report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and service requests calmly following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation, and communicate with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
