As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence at a residential location. You will support access control, greet residents and visitors, manage badges and credentials, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. Using computer and tablet systems, you will help maintain a secure environment while demonstrating our values of reliability, teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM
• Tue 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM
• Wed 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM
• Thur 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM
• Fri 03:30 PM - 07:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or residents by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access at the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and promptly communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general information, and assist with front desk-related inquiries in a professional manner.
• Observe activity in the lobby and entry areas, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
