Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background and drug screening will apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a luxury retail front-desk following site policies.
• Greet visitors, manage access, and maintain logs.
• Monitor front-desk activity and report unusual incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and support emergency protocols.
• Answer phones and support a welcoming environment.
