Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Badge Issuance in New York, NY. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $21.85 - $22.85 per hour. The position includes training opportunities, and a clear path to full-time roles with a focus on customer service and safety at a commercial real estate site.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor building access points, visitor activity, alarms, and communication systems; report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with property staff, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.
