Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor access by greeting visitors and verifying IDs.
• Operate front-desk systems (visitor logs, access-control, cameras).
• Respond to incidents and alarms following procedures.
• Maintain records of visitor activity and deliveries.
