Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location through site-specific procedures.
• Front desk management: greet visitors, verify access, issue credentials, maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following escalation protocols.
• Support lobby environment by giving directions and coordinating with building personnel.
