• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying authorization in accordance with site procedures, and directing guests appropriately.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Communicate relevant security‑related information to site personnel, residents, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
