Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors at a retail location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access, and issuing credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems from a stationary post.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with store leadership and Allied Universal management and complete reports.
