Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Company may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and collect visitor credentials, and maintain access-control records.
• Control entry and exit at assigned locations, communicate access concerns to site contacts, and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, document observations, and report security concerns.
