Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures and communicate with management and responders as needed.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment by answering routine questions and documenting activities.
