Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Exterior Patrol in Cleveland, OH. This position offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed anchor shifts and additional shifts via a scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $16.83 per hour, with a schedule running 10:00 PM–06:00 AM and opportunities to scale to more hours. The role emphasizes customer service to hotel guests and staff, along with patrols, incident response, and diligent reporting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, amenities, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
