Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees at a retail banking location following site-specific procedures.
• Serve as front desk point of contact; greet visitors and verify credentials; maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and other security systems; report issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly lobby and document daily activities.
