Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests.
• Observe access-control systems, report unauthorized activity, and communicate concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
