You will welcome visitors, verify credentials, badge processes, and assist with emergencies. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the manufacturing and industrial location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate visitor arrivals and access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
