Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, communications systems, and incoming calls, and direct guests and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional reception environment at a manufacturing location while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity.
