Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver at our Midland, NC location. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security systems, and respond to alarms, while delivering top-tier customer service. A valid drivers license is required; CPR and other certifications are preferred. The role supports a secure environment with a friendly, professional team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verify visitor credentials, issue access badges, and maintain visitor and contractor records.
• Operate and monitor front-desk communications, including phones, radios, and electronic access-control systems, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain awareness of activity at the front desk and entry areas to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional, welcoming environment.
