Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, manage visitor sign-in, credential issuance, and access requests.
• Monitor access points and front-desk communications; report unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor and incident records and ensure a welcoming entry experience.
