A DoD Top Secret clearance is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is needed,

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment, following site procedures.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying IDs, issuing credentials, and directing to contacts.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per emergency procedures.
• Answer calls, relay site information, and maintain logs and reports for a professional reception area.
