Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Background check required by law

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk in a technology, media, and telecommunications office environment
• Monitor access and verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain logs
• Answer and route calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine concerns to site contacts
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and report unusual activity
