Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems; escalate unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and urgent situations in a calm, professional manner; contact appropriate site contacts or responders as needed.
• Direct guests, contractors, and deliveries to deter unauthorized access.
