Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Driver Visitor Screening in Hickory, NC. You will greet visitors, control access, badge processing, monitor entry, and deliver exceptional customer service at a manufacturing/industrial site. A valid driver's license is required and prior security/front-desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license; customer service experience preferred; comfortable using a computer or tablet; CPR certification preferred; experience with access control and badge systems preferred; age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed); high school diploma or equivalent; background check required; drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-desk presence and customer service; greet, screen, and direct visitors and employees; verify identification and maintain records; monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and communications; respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts or emergency personnel; support front-desk administrative functions and issuing credentials.
