Job summary

Allied Universal in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer to greet visitors, manage access, monitor security systems, and provide exceptional customer service at a retail location.

The role offers flexible day/evening shifts with opportunities to learn our shift-claim platform, training, and career growth. A valid Guard Card/license is preferred and a driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card/license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Ability to lift >20 lb preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors; verify access credentials.
• Maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor front-desk activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and communications.
• Respond to incidents and document events.
• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence.
