Job summary

The Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, Inc. at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, answer calls, and provide light administrative support. The schedule is 7am-11am Monday to Wednesday, plus one holiday per year, totaling 24 hours per pay period.

The role involves working closely with Sisters, visitors, and staff to maintain a hospitable and safe environment, handling security, meal tickets, and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors at the reception desk and assist as needed.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor cameras and door systems; provide administrative support.
• Sell and collect money for meal tickets.
• Maintain the 'out' list for sisters who leave.
• Issue key cards for approved individuals.
