Members of this team rotate between reception and hospitality stations located in the Pilgrim Center welcome desk and the Church Narthex. Weekend Receptionists serve as the first point of contact for pilgrims and callers during weekend operating hours. Receptionists are responsible for providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, assisting pilgrims with information and directions, answering and routing telephone calls, and supporting pilgrims’ hospitality needs. Weekend Receptionists are expected to demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1–3 weekends per month may be required.
