Job summary

Bach to Rock Plymouth is hiring a part-time front desk associate to greet visitors, answer calls, and support scheduling and recruitment. You will help manage lesson make-ups, process registrations and payments, and represent the school with friendly professionalism in a music-studio setting.

Starting at $15 per hour, we require at least two days weekly, with some summer shifts starting as early as 9am. Proficiency in English and basic Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and prospective clients in a polite and courteous manner.
• Respond to internal and external phone calls and email.
• Assist with maintaining the school schedule and make-up lessons.
• Assist with recruitment and registration of new students, including tours and outbound leads from events.
• Assist with customer service calls to aid in client retention.
• Enter registration and payment information into the B2R contact manager software.
