Joliet Park District is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist for the Inwood Ice Arena in Joliet, IL. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with program and membership registrations, answering calls, and performing clerical tasks in a desk setting.

Ideal candidates provide excellent customer service, basic math, and the ability to operate the registration software, while balancing cash drawer and handling payments. CPR/AED certification within 30 days is required.

• Ability to register participants for programs, memberships, activities and events.
• Process registrations for programs and memberships.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Registration Software System.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Answer phone calls and route as needed.
• Keep desk areas clean and professional; follow Joliet Park District policies.
• Attend staff meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
