Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a vibrant Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. The role centers on greeting guests, managing check-ins, and delivering a memorable hospitality experience with accuracy and warmth.

You will handle phone inquiries, cash handling, and guest data with care, while supporting lobby activities and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for all guests. This position emphasizes service excellence and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings and route inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash, perform cash drops, and report shortages to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures when handling guest data (PPI).
• Adhere to check-in/check-out requirements and collect IDs and payment.
