Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our reputable hotel team. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and delivering exceptional service to ensure memorable experiences.

You will handle check-ins/outs, assist VIPs, and maintain accurate cash handling while upholding company standards and a positive, welcoming environment. Opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide personalized recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and direct inquiries.
• Maintain cash handling with accurate bank counts at shift start and end.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data following procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Adhere to check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payments.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Various other duties as assigned.
