Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Experience in a hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personalized recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and route inquiries.
• Handle cash bank with proper cash handling procedures during shifts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow security procedures.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
