Residence Inn by Marriott Rocklin Roseville is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for part-time opportunities at our Roseville location. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, answer calls, and handle guest requests with professionalism.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, customer service, and cash-handling skills, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Marriott brand experience is a plus; equality and inclusivity are valued at our hotels.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Marriott Brand experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take guest messages accurately.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Handle guest information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and keep lobby and areas clean and welcoming.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep area clean and stocked.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to team.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by GM.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
