Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and guide them through store offerings. You will promote CLUB Memberships, inform guests about events and promotions, and ensure a positive, family-friendly atmosphere from entry to exit.

As a key brand ambassador, you will maintain professional appearance, assist with merchandise returns, and support front-end operations while ensuring safety and compliance with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership (US only) and in-store pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns and handles visitor logs.
• Notifies trained Outfitters for firearm check-in and guest check-in procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe entryway and work area for customers and staff.
• Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
