Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the information hub for residents, families, staff, and visitors. The role also supports basic computer processing duties as appropriate.

You will greet visitors, manage phones, schedule appointments, assist residents with concierge tasks, and maintain a tidy lobby. A high school diploma is preferred, and knowledge of the telephone system is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others.

Responsabilités

• Greets visitors upon arrival.
• Answers phone calls professionally and routes callers or answers questions.
• Offers refreshments to visitors where applicable.
• Manages appointment books for doctor and beauty/cabinet services.
• Acts as concierge for residents, including taxi calls and other errands.
• Keeps lobby clean and neat.
