Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC in Bedford, NH is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to welcome residents and visitors, handle calls, and support daily front desk operations. The role includes coordinating appointment books and providing concierge-style support to residents and families.

Shifts are Tuesday 4:00 PM–7:30 PM and Sunday 2:00 PM–7:30 PM, with company-provided training and uniforms. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and demonstrated phone-system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a telephone system and assist others
• Excellent communication and courteous customer service
• Strong organization and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and routes calls in a courteous, professional manner
• Manages doctor and beauty appointment books
• Acts as concierge for residents, arranging taxis and resolving basic service issues
• Keeps lobby area neat and welcoming
• Provides support for front desk administrative tasks as needed
