CPP Clinics in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. Youll be the first and last impression for patients, greeting them, handling check-in/check-out, payments and documentation with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This part-time on-site role requires superb communication, multitasking, and scheduling skills, plus familiarity with basic computer systems. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus and CPP Clinics offers industry perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly throughout the day.
• Greet patients, create a welcoming atmosphere, and manage check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and provider communication.
• Handle communications by answering phones, managing emails, faxes, and mail, and responding professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, reception area, restrooms, and distribute marketing materials.
• Support daily operations by ordering supplies, managing patient records and reports, and collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
