Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to welcome guests and owners, check-in and check-out, and manage front desk operations at Varsity Clubs South Bend, a Hilton Vacation Club. The role supports guest services with folio creation, payments, and coordination of housekeeping requests, while maintaining stocked arrival packets and information.

Qualifications

• Proficient English Language.
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
• 6-month Customer Service Experience.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
• Checking in/out guests.
• Generating folios and collecting payments.
• Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel.
• Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information.
• Answering phones and directing calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
