Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and manage folio transactions with accuracy. You will assist with room changes, report generation, and basic service support for the Marketing Face to Face team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and commitment to outstanding guest experiences, with expected weekend and holiday availability on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in customer service, preferably in resort/hotel.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests from check-in to check-out, handling complex tasks as needed.
• Answer inquiries and escalate to resort personnel to resolve issues.
• Manage folio postings, cash handling, and daily end-of-day reporting.
