Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return and checks in vendor representatives.
• Remains aware of special events and informs customers of details; distributes promotional materials.
• Assists with entryway cleanliness and safety; supports firearm check-in with Outfitter per SOP without handling firearms.
