AlignMed Partners is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist for our nursing center. The role includes handling calls, greeting visitors, managing mail and patient/resident lists, and supporting daily clerical tasks.

You will be the first point of contact, representing the center with professionalism and warmth. A high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace are required. This position offers Mon-Fri 8am-12pm hours and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Mansioni

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
