Invited is seeking a Front Desk Staff to deliver exceptional member and guest service at our Austin clubs. You will greet arrivals, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support daily front desk operations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment, while using standard office equipment and reservation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about amenities and events.
• Manage check-in/check-out and verify membership status.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate reservations and direct calls and emails.
