Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to perform moderate math using a calculator.
• Strong communication and diplomacy with guests.
• Stand and move throughout front office while performing tasks.
• Input information accurately into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, courteous welcome.
• Complete registration and input guest data; confirm details.
• Code electronic keys and manage room assignments and rates.
• Process payments and balance house accounts; handle cash.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and assist guests with inquiries.
• Address guest complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Remain calm during emergencies and busy hotel periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
