Responsibilities

• Assist Service Center Manager and Account Managers as needed.
• Take and relay messages for the Service Center Manager.
• Provide support to Drivers and prepare bills of lading.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and interline companies.
• May assist with payroll, data entry, and freight reports.
