Job summary

Michaels Stores in Riverside, CA is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining store conditions.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise handling including returns and go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
