Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve food at dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens (35%)
• Clean and sanitize work area, operate commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls (35%)
• Assist cooks in preparing and cooking food; assist with preparation of menu items (20%)
• Other tasks as assigned (10%)
