Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for the Promenade Temecula store. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and model exceptional customer service.

In this role you coach peers, conduct product demonstrations, uphold brand values, and maintain store standards from opening to closing. Expect 20–29 hours weekly in Temecula, California, with a focus on teamwork and ethical skincare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and our stance on animal testing, freshness, ethics, 100% vegetarian, handmade and packaging.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
