Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Indy store. You will support store leadership, recruit teammates, and drive sales while ensuring merchandising and operations meet Buckle standards.

As a part-time teammate, you will develop leadership skills, participate in daily store activities, and contribute to a positive, fashion-forward team environment that puts Guests first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates.
• Lead visual merchandising and maintain shop floor standards.
• Execute store operations and loss prevention practices.
