The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and store operations with the Leadership Team. You will recruit Teammates and develop staff while delivering legendary guest service across the store.

This role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and adherence to Buckle policies, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Maintain and apply store policies for payments, exchanges and security.
