Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, guest service, and merchandising within the store.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and provide leadership, while ensuring outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints. You will perform sales-related duties, maintain visual standards, and assist with training and development of team members.

Responsibilities
